** The bathroom picture shows an RV toilet that is no longer in the house.  We switched to a Nature's Head composting toilet, but the water lines are still available if you would like to switch back.

This is a legally parked RVIA certified tiny house on wheels, built by Tennessee Tiny Homes.  This house could potentially stay in it's current location, if the new owners are approved by management (we can provide more information for serious inquiries).

The sale of this house includes:

- on demand propane hot water heater with two propane tanks

- hose, filter, heating tape

- mini split air conditioner / heater

- convection oven

- one induction burner

- larger size mini fridge with separate freezer section

- Nature's Head composting toilet (will thoroughly clean)

- medicine cabinet, towel rack, all hanging kitchen storage (if it's attached it can stay)

- shoe bins, coat hooks

- detached shed (optional: keep it if you want)

- curtains

- all our leftover paint for touch ups

- security devices
