"Little Sunshine" 24-foot Tiny House on Wheels

Spacious! This one-of-a-kind 225-square foot tiny home is fully loaded, with an open kitchen/living area, additional french door entrance, lots of custom windows, and even a porch/balcony!

"Little Sunshine" was constructed on a brand new trailer and designed to be a permanent home for 1-2 adults and a medium-sized dog. The shell was manufactured by Trekker Trailers, whose homes have been featured on HGTV's Tiny House Hunters and on DIY's Tiny House Builders. The inside was finished by the designer and her husband. Inside, this 8'x24' home has maximum-height ceilings (11 feet!) and a corner staircase to the king-sized loft. There is room to add an additional loft on the forward end of the house, so this house could potentially sleep 3-4! Other custom features include a 54" bathtub, freezer, refrigerator, large capacity convection oven & microwave combo, separate washer and dryer, 24-SEER mini-split air conditioner, AirHead composting toilet and 6'x8' wooden balcony. The composting toilet can be switched out for a residential or RV toilet at no charge.

Easy to set up: The home uses 30A electrical service (cord included), a small standard propane tank (Blue Rhino  or similar), and can accommodate a regular garden hose for water hookup. The gently slanted roof is also ideal for future solar panel installation. Included with the house are an 8-ton bottle jack and jack stands, for easy leveling and set up. Park in a tiny house community, RV park, backyard or on private land.
