My husband Dustin and I own and operate Cornman Auto, a used car and Premier Portable buildings dealership in Bourbon, Missouri. We're very excited to have the opportunity to sell this 2015 24' Tumbleweed Custom Cyprus Overlook on consignment for a customer!

We lovingly refer to this Tumbleweed as the "Cat Cottage". It was built and customized by the owner to be the purr-fect home for herself and her two cats. Note the cleverly hidden litter solution in the custom bookcase/storage tower, and the catwalk that goes from the sleeping loft to the other loft above the front door and window alcove. The purrfect place for some pampered cats to lounge around in all day!

This pre-loved beauty is LOADED!! It comes with a custom-built porch and front screen door. It has SO MUCH STORAGE SPACE inside, you're just going to be amazed!

It's all-electric, with a Mitsubishi mini-split system, Nature's Head Composting toilet, on-demand water heater, apartment-sized range stove, full-size apartment fridge, and LG washer/dryer unit. The owner was very happy with $50 monthly electric bills! It's also cable-ready. All the creature comforts of home!

Prior to moving the Tumbleweed, my husband and I were able to see that everything worked with the exception of the washer/dryer. The tires, lights, and brakes on the trailer are all in great condition. We had no problem pulling it several hundred miles back to Bourbon, Missouri. My husband is a mechanic and delivers campers on the side. We may possibly be willing to deliver to your location for a charge.

The home is being sold AS-IS with no warranty from the seller or the manufacturer. It was lived in, and all systems properly maintained for 5 years, only recently being vacated with the transfer to our lot. It has been properly winterized. The home has the general wear and tear expected for a full-time lived-in home with pets. The floor is cork and has scratches from the cats and a little water damage by the bathroom. All of this can be seen in the photos. I will take more detailed pictures and send them to you upon request.

The home has been smoked in. Though thoroughly cleaned, it has a bit of a lingering smell of smoke left that non-smokers or former smokers may be sensitive to. The price has been greatly reduced to reflect all of this. The benefit of purchasing a tiny home is that the cost and time of any renovations you choose to do is relatively small as well (especially compared to an average-sized home)!

Make it your own!! It would be the perfect mobile office, an income-earning Airbnb, guest accommodations, lodging for your college student (that you can sell when they're done with school)...etc. The possibilities are endless!

This Tumbleweed is RVIA certified, which means that you can finance and insure it as an RV!! We don't offer financing, but we highly recommend using Lightstream. My husband and I have used them a few times to finance vehicles and our camper. They offer competitive rates and VERY quick funding (deposited into our account within 8 hours!). Currently, they offer up to 5-year loans on Tiny Homes. For longer loan terms, we suggest checking in with your local credit union.
