Update- as of September 2025, we have four lots remaining. Two in the original part of the property and two in the new phase of the property. We are also in the process of renovating a cabin that will hopefully be available before the end of the year.
For the new lots, you can bring your own cabin or we can recommend builders you can go through. They must meet certain criteria, including being a park model tiny home, green metal roof, brownish, horizontal siding, and lattice or stone skirting.


Hideaway Park, a beautiful tiny home community for ages 55+ in Western North Carolina, will have 8 new lots available in 2024. Lot rent includes water, septic, access to trash/recycling dumpsters, lawn care and short hiking trails.
