Retired Forest Service building - Ready to finish - On Skids

Retired Forest Service building on skids.  Was purchased with a farm estate and we had thought about fixing it up into a Tiny Home.  We are developing the land of the farm into a Tiny Home development so if you like the surroundings, we could move it to a location for you.  The exterior needs new siding and windows but the structure is well built.  It still has traces of Forest Service green on it.  We have 2 of these and a smaller unit that looks like it was a scale house cabin.  Would make a great drive through coffee hut.  $ 8,000 for the smaller building.  We can build other shells for you if you'd like new.
