Outside Shell for 2 loft style

Hello tiny home community,

I currently am looking to sell the shell of a tiny home that is 35 feet length wise x 8 feet in width x 13 ½ ft. tall caravan. It is a 2 loft style; The back loft is 9x8 and the front loft is 10x8. The is bathroom size is 9x8 and living room is 10x10.  This started as a hobby with the intent to live in it but we were unable to find funding to complete this.
