The cabin is a cedar sided 2008 Cavco Loft Cabin with multiple upgrades and is strapped on a full concrete slab with stabilizers. It is a 396sq ft RV Park Model and is 33' long by 12' wide with a 8' deck installed on the front. Cabin is skirted with waterproof Hardy Board with insulation on the inside, then painted again, with waterproof paint on outside. The underbelly is metal, and mouse proofed with metal tape and steel wool. 1 Bdrm downstairs, 1 full bath, 2 "loft" rooms upstairs. (one used for a spare bedroom, other room used for storage.) Cabin comes furnished which includes a queen size bed in the downstairs bedroom, and a king size platform/mattress in the loft.
