Incredibly Cozy Tiny Home- Hoping to sell quickly

It is bittersweet that I have to sell my tiny home. I was accepted into a graduate program in the fall, and I will not be able to take my adorable little home with me. I am hoping to find it a new owner as soon as possible, so please inquire and I will answer any questions you might have.

The tiny home is built on a trailer with wheels. It is 24 ft long and there is an extra 6 feet of length for the gooseneck.

****The home is about 95% complete. I was not expecting to have to sell it yet, so there are a few parts of the home that still need done. There is a frame for the closet, but the closet has not been built yet. The bathroom is mostly finished, but it still needs one more wall of paneling, paint, and trim.

The bedroom is 6 x 8 ft and can easily accommodate a queen sized bed. The shelving will come with the house, but the bed is not included.

The living room is 9 x 8 ft and can accommodate a full sized sleeper sofa for extra people to have a place to sleep. The sofa is not included.

The kitchen has an induction cooktop; however, there is a space for a regular stovetop/oven and also the correct electrical set up for a normal oven if you would like to add your own. There is an apartment sized fridge that will come with the house, but there is room for a full sized fridge if you would like to upgrade.

The bathroom has a full sized shower and a composting toilet. There is plumbing set up for a regular flush toilet if you would like to switch and have access to sewage connects.

Everything in the house runs on electric and can be plugged into a 50 amp power outlet. The tankless electric water heater is included.
