This alternative tiny house was built in 2012. Designed by an interior designer and built by a contractor. The price is for the home only, no land is included. This portable home can be moved and is currently located on 83 acres which is about 12 miles East of Bend, OR . The house is currently hooked up to septic, underground electric and an a water system. This portable home is a charming 456sf small home great for year round living or vacations. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room and dining area/kitchen. Included is a Verona gas range/oven, Summit refrigerator, under-counter LG clothes washer/dryer. Mostly furnished with dining table and 2 chairs, sectional sofa, built-in queen bed with storage underneath. Well insulated. Utilities installed by licensed electrical and plumbing contractors. Included is a portable 12'x21' cedar deck with built in benches on 3 sides ideal for outdoor living, a 4' x 6' foot covered cedar porch with built in bench/storage box. The home is heated and cooled with a Mitsubishi electric mini split and heat pump. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Plumbed and ready to hook-up to sewer or septic. Security system professionally installed with central monitoring. 7 years ago we turned 2 semi vans into one beautiful small home that happens to be moveable when separated. Recently been re-registered and licensed as RV's with DMV. It's still on it's wheels. It is strong, comfortable and feels very open with 250sf of windows. Seller will supervise preparation of home for transport if necessary. Transportation to your site is your responsibility.
