Nov 2020 I gave up my office lease and decided to renovate a construction trailer into this beautiful tiny office/home. There's really nothing tiny about it!

This was a construction office trailer that we gutted and remodeled with new BodyGuard V-groove wood siding & exterior trim, new insulation, new black vinyl dual paned windows, drywall interior, and luxury vinyl plank waterproof flooring. The HVAC mini-split system with the new insulation keeps this space cool/warm all day. Even the undercarriage is insulated and plastic boards for protection/aerodynamics. Full bathroom with vanity, toilet, 32" x 60" shower, and room for a wall of pantry cabinets/shelving. Recessed lighting inside and sleek LED bar lights outside. All electrical and plumbing are brand new. Full height windows that sit on the floor give it tons of light inside and a modern touch.

Just add a wall and a kitchenette to make it a 1 bed room tiny home (I have the layout plans for that since that's what we intended to do with it).
