We are selling our shipping container conversion that was used as our demonstration model/office for potential clients. We are in the process of converting a 40’ container to take its place. We appreciate all the interest we have had since advertising the conversion and looking forward to working with new clients on their conversions.

·                All sides painted with Rust-Oleum gloss brown leather enamel paint

·                Roof painted in Rust-Oleum white enamel paint

·                Five dual electrical outlets, breaker box & wall light switches

Most the interior design fittings have been finished in a brushed nickel including, kitchen cabinet handles, ceiling lights, wine rack, designer lamp, kitchen paper holder and kitchen sink faucet, that is just the designer in me. I would recommend anyone interested to view the cabin in person so that they can see for themselves how good a conversion it is. This conversion will include a fridge, cook top (propane or electric), under sofa storage & storage wardrobe which we will place where the customer wants them, which are al stored in our other container at the yard, we can also supply a trailer which this conversion can be put on.

We are developing further 20’ & 40’ container homes and will be adding them here as and when they are finished. If you have any design builds that you wish us to undertake please be in touch. Our business is on a container yard so we will work with all buyers in helping with the shipping/delivery, we will contribute some of the cost to make it easier as we understand this needs to be factored in. We will help with paying 50% of the shipping costs at the listed price across the continental US as we want to attract customers from every State.
