Tinyhouse selling for MATERIAL COST! Must Go! $18,000

Remodeler contractor selling my tinyhouse that I built as a hobby over the last year. I bought the trailer brand new from Lano Bobcat. The trailer was built as a skid loader trailer. Sold at material cost because I need room in my driveway for more equipment for my business and no longer have a need for this tinyhouse.

– LT10-18 2015 Load Trail Trailer, 10,000lbs capacity. 15,000lbs maximum capacity on the trailer
-Atwood 16000 BTU Forced Air Furnace, front and side discharge of heat in the cabinet stairs leading to the loft. Direct vent to the outside, propane only, 12v battery power for ignition and motor, so no need to light a pilot. 3.4amp draw. 100lbs propane tank included, lasts about a month full time in the coldest months (zero degrees F or less) Thermostat included.

-EccoTemp Tankless on demand water heater. FVI12. 74,500 BTU max input. 25 lbs propane tank included (lasts a couple months depending on use). Digital meter displays the current water temperature output. Scold proof.
-Flojet Pump sensor VSD water system 3.7 gallons/ minuet. 12v or 24v power VSD sensor controls the temp and water mix, meaning that the temp of your shower will not change if someone uses the sink in the kitchen.

– Kwikset Powerbolt – Touchpad Keyless Entry

– 30 gallon Fresh water tank with the same 30 gallon grey water tank.

– Tinyhouse is set up so you can run the water system with city water pressure (garden hose) or you can disconnect the garden hose and run off the grid with the water in the tanks and the water pump. Also so set up so that there is access to hot water on the exterior. For washing the car, toys, pets, etc.

– DC Digital multi function meter- Digital meter displays current power usage, amp draw and kph

– 2 Schumacher Automatic Battery Chargers

– Cedar Exterior Panelling, with Cabots 5 year stain. Cedar Trim

– TRU Built corrugated galvanized panelling for the roof

– Delivery can be arranged for an extra charge. The tinyhouse requires a 3/4 ton truck or larger to tow.
