Homestead Model on a 32’ x 8’6” Iron Eagle Trailer. Including the loft (8’x10’) and closet there is a total of 330 sq ft.





The trailer weighs a total of 13,500 lbs and stands 12’6”.

ROOF & SKYLIGHTS:
The Roof is a 1 1/4” Black Standing Seam Metal Roof. There are 5 Total VELUX skylights. There are 4 total QPF 3046 (30.5”x46.5”) Fixed Skylights and a larger manual opening VS S06 (45”x 46”) skylight that opens over the loft for a form of egress.

WINDOWS:
There are 4 total American Craftsman windows in the house. The kitchen window is 84”x32” that has sashes at both ends (1/4, 1/2, 1/4). There is a large 6’x6’ fixed picture frame window in the dining area, as well as a 7’x3’ fixed picture frame window in the loft. Finally there is a window that opens in the shower for ventilation.

DOOR:
At the end of the trailer is an 8’x6’ Anderson Black Vinyl Sliding Glass Door.

12,000 BTU SEER Mini Split with heat pump. Line set ran to rear of trailer above door, condensing unit mounted on neck.
