Hobbit Tiny House

Tiny House that needs a bit of work! I've recently had it officially appraised and have decided on $30,000. It's new, but the builder shorted me quite a lot. It needs new windows (all are single paned), and a new back door. It's a beautiful little house, and with the proper TLC, it can really become a home. It breaks my heart to sell, but it's the best option for me. A full $10,000 solar kit, refrigerator, washer/dryer unit, and heater/cooler all included in the cost. It would be perfect for someone who has been looking to build their own tiny home. A huge head start, with plenty of room for your own touch.
