Located just off the Yaquina River in western Oregon is a 26’ long, double lofted tiny house on wheels with all the convenience of an RV, all the comfort of a more traditional stick built home, and all the coziness of a tiny house on wheels. Painted a soft blue with white trim, the home is stick built and clad in V-groove siding. There are 11 windows for ample natural lighting and even a hydraulic awning for complete shade on those sunny Oregon days. You’ll want to hurry up and make an offer on this home as it won’t last for long. With excellent craftsmanship, clever use of space, and loads of creature comforts, the tandem axle trailer is ready to be hitched up and taken home.

The entry door of the home opens up to the heart of the tiny house allowing you to relax in the living room area to the right, immediately go upstairs to the primary sleeping loft, or turn left into the kitchenette area.

The living area is large and open and could easily accommodate a couch and media system or act as an office workspace or even a guest bedroom (allowing 6 adults total to stay in the tiny house)! There is also a dropdown table across from the entry that can comfortably fit 3 adults at meal time or be a workspace if need be. With the abundance of windows there is also a great deal of natural light for daytime living.

At the other end of the house starting midway is the beautiful blue kitchen with a stainless steel dishwasher, stainless steel microwave, stainless steel deep apron sink, stainless steel oven/cooktop, and a full RV fridge that can operate off electric or propane, divided up on both sides of the house. The plumbing is on one side while the electric side is on the other. The kitchen has upper cabinets and lower cabinets, all with stainless steel brushed hardware. The backsplash on both sides of the kitchen is a white honeycomb tile and there is a glider window just above the sink, allowing for great air flow. The countertop is American Walnut butcher block and is a good amount of workspace for a tiny house on wheels. Located next to the oven is an electric washing machine/dryer combo unit. Quite a functional and compact space.

To the right of the entry door is a staircase leading up to the master loft. With treads made of American Walnut, the seven steps lead up to a large space perfect for a queen size bed. The loft also has a bookshelf/storage shelf where clothes, books, and other items can be placed for a more traditional space. The white beadboard of the loft is also outfitted with recessed lighting and glider windows for perfect cross-breeze and ventilation.

The second loft across the entire house is roughly the same size but is more sparse. It is accessible by ladder only and although it, too, has pine tongue & groove flooring, it has little else. It could make for a wonderful reading nook or guest bedroom though.

The bathroom in the house is underneath the master sleeping loft and includes a single vanity and sink, a large fiberglass shower stall, and a flush commode with traditional plumbing. The bathroom also has a large, hanging closet for clothes or linens and toiletries. The bathroom floor is the same vinyl laminate found throughout the house and privacy is offered thanks to a pocket door between the main house and the bathroom.
Overall, the tiny house is a beautiful listing. It is on a 50-amp circuit and also has propane capabilities. Like a more traditional RV it also has two batteries that are operable in a number of situations. There is a 9000BTU mini-split on board as well as a water filter system. Insulation is courtesy of R15 batting in the walls and R13 in the flooring.
