The 22x10 tiny home provides 260 square feet including the loft and can be perfect for a couple or a single person. It can accommodate up to six (6) people to eat and four (4) to sleep. Its small size and energy efficiency allow use at very low cost in terms of electricity and heating; a blower door test confirms that it achieves the same performance as Novoclimat 2.0.​

The main living area is totally customizable. Two sofa modules can be placed together or separated to provide a rest area or a space for eating, playing games or entertaining people. The modules also serve as storage, a significant advantage in a small space.

The kitchen is fully functional with a propane oven and stove, a 12v refrigerator as well as the propane heating unit hidden under the stairs. A pantry on slides allows you to store different items in an orderly manner with easy access from all sides. The black granite sink pairs perfectly with the wooden shelves supported by custom made black steel brackets.

The mezzanine bedroom is spacious and comes with an all-natural double mattress made in Quebec. It is accessed by the miller's staircase with a black steel banister. A large window lets in natural light and a half wall provides privacy while leaving an impression of grandeur and space.

The bathroom is fully equipped for full-time use with its shower, its compost toilet, its water tank, its propone water heater and a washer-dryer area (comes with the gas dryer). A nice storage space and a small custom-made vanity complete the package.

​All the materials used were chosen to be as natural as possible with the least VOCs.

​The electrical system was also approved and studied by a master electrician specialized in electromagnetic health and the house therefore offers a healthy and harmonious environment for human biology.

​The mini-house is "offgrid-ready", which means that its entire electrical system is ready to accommodate solar panels if desired. It can also be simply connected to Hydro-Québec, as it is currently.
