HIGH END 30 foot Pacific YURT for sale, must be moved in the next week or two.

I GIVE UP! I am selling my beautiful 30 foot yurt. I am tired of 2 years of dealing with  the Clatsop County Land Use bullshit. The yurt must be moved unless you want to purchase the whole property with the 3 bedroom, 1 bath pine cabin above and install a sand filter septic and move forward with a conditional use permit and develop the property as a resort type development like the Clatsop County Land Use wants. The yurt was purchased in 2010 and it is 705 square or round feet. It has lots of added options including 14 full sized windows, 2 doors and both have windows, the tall 7 foot wall, full snow load option, wind tie down kit, full ceiling and wall insulation and heavy duty 15 year top cover ( it is in excellent condition. Scrubs off easily with soap and water and an R.V. brush. I do still have the original invoice from Pacific Yurts in Cottage Grove,OR. Oh yah and the full electric panel is included if you want it. If it was on wheels I would have moved it out of this county along time ago. The county land use does not want to work with you at all they just want to turn your life and dreams upside down for trying to make a better living.
