Hickory Hobbit House

This house is named for its hickory cabinets, hickory bar, hickory and stone hearth and it's round (Hobbit) door to the bathhouse. It sits on a 24ft trailer, the loft is 8ft by 9ft, and the bathhouse sits on the tongue of the trailer, taking up no additional floorspace . The floor is waterproof vinyl with carpet in the loft. A Ponderosa pine pole rises into the ceiling as stairs wrap around it for access to the loft.

I will install the toilet of the buyers choice (flush or compost) depending on off grid or on grid placement after purchase. The toilet will go to the left of the bath house doors and will be behind it's own door.
