This build is a 30’x8’ Tiny Home on wheels built Spring 2021. We built this for family who only stayed in it all of 2 times. Built on an upcycled mobile trailer with stick frame construction. Estimated snow load of 250lbsqft. Storm door entry with large windows and two skylights. Bamboo floors, fold out couch, full kitchen with mini propane stove/oven, bar sink and double under cabs and mini fridge. Small custom fold out table and chairs. Loft fits up to a queen size mattress with storage under the cedar stairs. Full bathroom with neo angle shower with glass surround, standard toilet, vanity and propane on demand hot water heater. Option for a composting toilet is available. This home also comes with a marine grade propane wall heater. Fully insulated with r13 soft touch recycled blue jean insulation. Plumbed and wired to hook into standard water, sewer and power. LED lighting throughout along with a bathroom fan wired in with the bathroom light. All paint and stains are 100% zero VOC and exterior is stained with deck-mate and finished with new metal roofing.

This Tiny Home available is located just east of McCloud, CA/30 minutes from downtown Mt Shasta. We have a beautiful 2.5 acre off-grid working permaculture farm/homestead. The home is located on the lower section overlooking the garden/close to the quiet road. Opportunity to rent the space to keep your Tiny Home here is possible for the right person or people. A 30’ cedar deck and solar system would be available for your home.

Delivery and instal is also available for a fee.

My husband has been building for 20+ years and in recent years started offering mobile Tiny Homes. We build from sustainable materials with zero VOC’s or off-gassing of any kind inside. We use wood treated with natural tung oil and Benjamin Moore zero VOC paints. Insulation is R13 soft touch recycled blue jean insulation! We use bamboo floors and up-cycled parts whenever possible.

We can offer Tiny Homes with full off-grid capability including propane on demand hot water heater, propane mini oven and 2 burner stovetop and options to add a composting toilet. If you prefer to hook into water, septic and power, we can plumb and wire them to do so. Options for adding a small solar array, propane wall heater, queen size loft and extra shelving and more are available upon request.

General builds take 5-6 weeks and require a 50% down upon signing of contract to hold your build. Delivery and set up options also available.
