Hand Crafted Tiny House

This tiny house is built on a new Bull Dog trailer by a carpenter with a 20 year woodworking background. We live in a tiny house ourselves so have designed it with intention and personal experience. It's a truly beautiful 16 foot house, tall windows for light, two lofts and hopefully laid out out in a way to make it versatile for whatever it's use may be (home, rental, office, etc.)

House Details:
-Two lofts, one main loft at 8 foot long and one 4 foot long (storage/reading nook/twin bed sized)
-Wired 30 amp electric with exterior RV type plug in
-PEX plumbing pipes with EXCEL tankless on-demand hot water tank (ventless, runs on propane)
-Thetford Portable RV/Marine toilet, however there is space to install a traditional flush toilet if you plan to be on septic
-Locally milled shiplap siding, with interior shiplap accent walls.
-Stone Polymer Composite flooring, with tile in the bathroom and under the woodstove.
-Adorable rolled steel woodstove and double-walled stove pipe
-Two burner propane stove top
-Floor to ceiling open shelving in the bathroom for storage
-Closet built into bathroom wall, lower half for the hot water tank, upper half for storage
-Steel loft ladder
-Exterior porch light and exterior electrical receptacle
-Metal roof
-New windows
-Insulation is a combination of rigid foam and recycled fiberglass
