New Jersey Tiny House

8'9×28 tiny house on wheels.  The house is on the heavier side and was designed to be moved occasionally to a spot where you would live in it.

I would prefer to sell to someone who will move it themselves instead of a shipping service but we can talk either way.  I will take a little off the price if you are moving it yourself.  I am moving to a neighboring town in the upcoming months and won't have a spot to park the tiny house anymore.

The whole house was built using SIPS and has a R-24 value (using Ray-core SIPs). The exterior is reclaimed barn wood and the interior is beetle kill pine.

The exterior has a ton of windows – 16 windows so its perfect to park in a place with a view. The windows do have black out burlap curtains if you prefer the privacy.

It comes fully furnished with a king size mattress, a couch, a table and 2 chairs. It has a tv in the loft and main room

It has the haiku fan from big ass fans which is very quiet and can move some big air.

For appliances, it has a combo washer/dryer, a bottom freezer refrigerator, a propane stove top, propane on demand hot water heater, propane dickinson heater for cold winters, and an envi electric heater for chilly days and to run at night as you sleep.  There is also a portable air conditioner/humidifier in the loft.

It was wired by a professional electrician and is wired for 50 amp.  The plumbing was done by a licensed plumber and the gas lines were run by an expert with gas lines.  The plumbing is all pex lines and the gas lines are copper lines.
