Habitat for Humanity’s BRAND NEW Tiny House is beautiful inside and out! The open floor plan has everything including an airy living room, full kitchen, full bathroom, large sleeping loft & bonus main level sleeping nook. A slanted ceiling gives the tiny home a loft-style and spacious feel.

Built by professional tradesmen and crafted with great care, this home has shiplap walls, a custom metal roof, double-paned single hung windows, pewter oak luxury vinyl flooring throughout, craftsmen-style white kitchen cabinetry with soft close drawers, beautiful steel kitchen sink and fixtures, Incinolet© toilet, and single shower. The entrance is shaded by a small awning and rustic metal light. A mini-split heater/air conditioner keeps the whole home cozy or cool and the home comes hook-up ready for your wall-mounted flat screen. Classic LP siding with white trim and a sleek white metal roof on the outside, while the inside is a beautiful blank slate with finishes in natural tones to suit everyone’s taste. A unique program, now in its third year, this tiny home was built in partnership with Habitat for Humanity, area professional tradesmen, and local technical high school students.

Every detail of the home was carefully and thoughtfully crafted and no expense was spared. A portion of the purchase price is a Tax-Deductible Charitable Contribution for the buyer.
