34’ Freightliner Goshen Bus Conversion.
Tiny Homes on wheels! Ready to roll! Drive anywhere you want to go in your home! Custom built interior by me. Body in decent shape.
Engine purrs 5.9 Cummins, only 140100 miles! Nothing for this motor. Automatic Allison transmission.
Custom back deck. Huge cargo space in the back. Not off grid ready, but comes with the necessary equipment to do so. $30k invested.

-30' Bus with 4’ Custom Deck. As you can see in the pictures it is large enough to haul a motorcycle.
-5.9 Cummins Diesel, Runs smooth! Can cruise at 65mph all day.
-rear air bags
-Clean titles, registered as a Motor Home.
-Newer tires, brake booster and Thermostat
-Setup for 50amp hookups. You can run anything when plugged in.
-Mini Split AC! Seeing that our bus has all its windows if you live in a climate with summers 90 and up the AC struggles during the day. We find that if its in the 80s and below she does great. Super cold at night!
-Full length butcher block counter, Ikea sink and 2 Burner stove.
We made sure to include a desk area that will fit a ball stool.
-Tons of cabinets/Storage. Plenty for 2 people. Maple Cabinets to Go cabinets on the bottom with soft close. Uppers all custom built.
-Propane stove, and water heater. Water heater also runs on electric which is how we used it.
-Full shower with deep water trough basin, with glass tiles
-Natures Head Composting toilet!
-Cubic Mini Grizzly Wood stove (needs ducted)
-500watt Renogy Solar system. With everything you need, but needs installed
-110g Fresh water tank under bed with 12v pump (needs solar system installed)
-55g grey water tank (needs plumbed for off grid use)
-Huge Cargo space in back with separate rear door 39” deep, 90.5” wide, 77.5” tall.
-100 amp breaker box
-rear water spout for outdoor use
-Plumbing line in cargo area for future clothes washer if you desire
-reverse camera wired to existing switch so that it can be on at all times. No blind spots!
-we kept the bus Acs. Most people remove these. The rear AC blows super cold. Will cool the back of the bus fast. The cockpit AC works but needs recharged
-Custom wood worked doors through out. Includes entry doors, cockpit and Bathroom doors.
-3 of the windows open out for letting fresh air in. They all open at the top
-Storage space under bed, we used it as a dog bed area
- Comes with under counter fridge, microwave and Wall mounted TV in bedroom.
-Queen size platform/bed with mattress.

Cons- Nicks and dings here and there. It's a 20yr old bus. We never got around to Painting it. We had planned on Grey and Turquoise. Crack and rock chips in driver side windshield. We will fill these with a repair kit. Crack does not obstruct view. Front Cockpit AC needs recharged if you plan on keeping it.

Everything as you can see is there for off grid living just needs completed. We traveled for work and always stayed at RV parks.

We love our bus, but life has us doing other things. She treated us great and never let us down. Starts every time! Time for her to go to a new home and hit the road.
