Great tiny house/cabin project (mostly complete)

Great bargain for someone wanting to build their own tiny house! For sale: Tiny house, cabin-style, currently parked in central SC. Bought in 2013 from original builder (built as a model for worker cabins he planned to build in ND). Moved to SC and worked with my dad on completing and enhancing it. Don't have time to finish myself, which is the only reason I'm selling it.

Improvements since made:

- Added window-unit AC/heat pump
- Completed most plumbing (plumbing only partially done when purchased)
- Bought tankless water heater, and built shed for it. Ready to be mounted on back side and connected. (Not shown)
- Added custom-made shower and tub, based on RV-model shower and tub kit. Mostly complete; just need to install liner. (Not shown)
- Built cabinet for RV-type bathroom sink. Sink installed and connected. (Not shown)
- Constructed small kitchen sink and cabinet. Mounted just outside bathroom. (Not shown)
- Moved and reconnected toilet (Not shown)
- Moved circuit breaker box and made electrical fixes (some original wiring, etc., not properly done)

Interior photos don't show most improvements. Sorry about that; thought I had more recent pics, but can't locate them. I'll get newer ones to post soon. Also, don't have specs on trailer, but will add those as well.
