Great offer for a handy person

This is a great Tiny House with a lot of potential. Perfect for someone who knows a little bit about construction and wants a nice place that needs a little work. I bought this thinking I was going to Air B&B it, but plans changed. I have invested a lot of money into the Tiny House including cedar paneling, bamboo floors, steel roof, custom woodwork inside and all new wiring, electric, toilet and shower accessories. A lot of windows, light bright and airy, The kitchen and bathroom will need to be completed by the buyer. I have the toilet and have already installed the shower, but the plumbing and vanity will need to be completed (includes water heater, sink, toilet, shower accessories). The person I bought it from did not know how to properly install the sliding glass door, and did not flash it around all the edges, and thus, it slightly leaks when we get a downpour and the wind blows. This is an easy fix for anybody who knows what they’re doing. Also I did not have a certified electrician help me install the breaker box, so it is not in the correct location and needs to be moved a few feet. Asking $30k or best offer.
