Great Little One Room Building

A 320sq ft building constructed by the Latah Co. Home Builders Association as a model home for the first Home Show at the University of Idaho Kibbie Dome. Over the years this building has served the Moscow area as a car sales office, flower shop, service office and now retail shop. A complete remodel was done in 2008, including new paint in & out, new flooring, wainscoting and crown molding, new bathroom with an on-demand hot water tank, blown-in attic insulation, new double hung windows, and new lighting.
