This tiny house on wheels was built in 2017 on a 10x26ft triple-axel trailer. The floor plan includes a first floor of 260sqft with a 120sqft loft, and the main floor under the loft will fit people up to ~5'6". The structure is complete, including electrical (50 amp) and plumbing, and it comes with all setups and furniture pictured including the antique tansu staircase. I bought it half-finished thinking I would finish it up, but I didn't quite get there. I lived in it just fine, but to be a proper home, it still needs countertops, ventilation, and some built-in lights, as well as a new composting toilet. There is wiring for a bathroom fan and living room ceiling fan. The bathroom is properly water sealed. It includes both sinks and a fridge bought only a year ago. It includes the grey water plumbing system and a brand new on-demand outdoor tankless water heater. There is a propane line into the living room for heating source according to the original owners, but I just plugged in a radiator and was grand. The house is well-insulated with inside and outside water barriers. It has a metal roof that sounds lovely in the rain. The exterior is the original yellow and could use a new paint job. All in all, it's a great house and I loved it, but it's time for someone to buy it who will actually finish it. With a few grand in repairs, the value will likely go way up, so this is a great opportunity, especially if you are handy! It's finished enough to be livable with just enough room to make it uniquely yours.

It is currently parked in Oak Grove/Milwaukie (just South of Portland, OR) and you can discuss keeping it there with the landowner or move it wherever you choose! Keep in mind that at 10ft wide, it is oversized for the road and must be moved by an expert (which cost me $250 a few years ago).
