Home has full size appliances. 30” Whirlpool electric oven with matching gas range and hood. Refrigerator is a LG 10.3 cu.ft. fridge/freezer. Beautiful farmhouse sink with Delta faucet and hanging antique style pendant lights. Subway tile in kitchen and bathroom.

Bathroom has macerating toilet system for pumping to an uphill septic tank, a trough style powder-coated shower/tub with Hansgrohe rain head. Washer/dryer is in bathroom and is an LG combination unit. Instant hot water system runs on propane.

Climate is controlled either by the Fujitsu mini split or with the beautiful Morso Squirrel wood stove.
