Built by the current owner and a professional woodworker, the skoolie was converted to accommodate work on the road. It is now looking for a way back to the road though as the current owner is stationary and working from home. Being a southern vehicle its whole life, there are no signs of rust and it was used primarily as a field trip vehicle for a local school district. The bus has a clear title and is currently registered as an RV/HouseCar in North Carolina.

A step inside the bus reveals a pristine interior with aqua-marine paint touches and fine woodworking including the pine T&G ceiling, butcher block countertop, etc. The interior ceiling height is 6’2” once past the cockpit which includes a backup camera display, the original captain's seat (with armrest), an over-cab storage box, and an onboard heater under the passenger seat. There is also a closet with hooks just behind the driver’s seat. Great use of space! The water supply is kept comfortable by an Excel Hot Water Heater and drains into a bar-size sink with a cutting board insert. Across from the kitchen is the onboard “office” that is anchored by ​​a flip-up desk with a counter area. To keep cool there is a MaxxAir rooftop vent fan and to keep warm there is a Dickinson Newport P12000 Propane boat stove. Task lighting is provided by overhead 12v puck lights.

At the rear of the bus is a queen-size mattress that can also be converted into a booth with a large custom wood table. When in bed mode though the are provides ample under-bed storage space.

In addition, there are heating and cooling systems added including a Dickinson Newport P12000 Propane Boat Stove and a window A/C unit that exclusively runs on shore power. In regards to power, the bus is completely off-grid thanks to a Goal Zero Yeti 1000 Lithium Battery Bank with 12v + 120VAC Output, a Goal Zero Fast Charger, and two Goal Zero Boulder 100 Panels mounted on the roof.
