Goldenrod RVIA Park Model Cabin- Amish Built

Our flagship park model RV, the Goldenrod, is now complete as a display unit at our Munfordville KY sales location/factory. We've studied the market thoroughly, and this product immediately ranks among the highest-quality park model RVs in the industry. One year manufacturer's warranty. RVIA inspected and certified, to ensure product safety and quality, and also easily facilitate financing and insurance.

It is 12'x48', has 394 sf of enclosed living area on the ground floor (sf does not include the 8' front porch and 5' rear porch, and also does not include the 12'x10' sleeping loft). It is 1 br/1 ba, with 2 bunk beds built into alcove (can be substituted for closet or desk/shelving), granite countertops, and copper sinks.

Our park model RVs have the highest R value insulation in the industry, with R 15 in exterior walls and R 21 in ceiling and floor. All lighting is high efficiency LED, including recessed loft stair lighting. Black stainless steel residential-sized appliances (including dishwasher) and all in one washer/dryer unit. High efficiency mini-split heat/air unit. Hidden in-wall safe. Large kitchen pantry. Under cabinet LED lighting in kitchen. This unit is currently wired for 50 amp RV park electrical service, but we can change it for $250 to 100 amp residential electrical service.

40 year metal roof and 40 year subflooring. Hand scraped D log stained exterior siding, high quality flooring, all pine interior. Quality Lippert chassis (hitch and wheels can be removed after delivery, with stone or other skirting placed around the unit to look "site built").

We offer different siding options, interior and exterior stain color options, flooring options, lighting/fixture options, countertop options, appliance color options (stainless black, stainless silver, black, or white) flooring options, cabinetry options (including weathered barn wood look), and metal roof color options. Each unit can be custom-built to the customer's preferences.

The sales price is $62,000 for the Goldenrod model with all of these options as stated above.

All of our park model RVs are RVIA certified. They are built by skilled Amish craftsmen, in a custom off-grid facility on a working Amish farm. We can currently build and deliver park model RVS in about 2 months after order, but we expect that timeframe to increase as we launch these products into the national market soon. 35% deposit due with order, and final payment due within 10 days of completion, at least 10 days prior to delivery.

The 1st display unit just got completed and we now have 2 more display units under construction (Senna and Clover models).

In addition the Goldenrod, we also make these 2 other park model RV units: Senna (just like the Goldenrod, but without the 5' rear porch, display now being built and a few pictures are on our website), and the Clover (12'x27' of interior living space = 324 sf, not including the 5' front porch. Can be built with or without loft).

Depending upon options selected, the price of our park model RVs start at $39,000.

Our park model RVs can be built as rustic cabin style, or country cottage style. Electrical can be wired for 30 amp, 50 amp, 100 amp, or 200 amp, depending on power requirements.
