Exterior siding: cedar wood . Mental roof in a Mesa red color which matches the window color (double-pane windows and double-sided dormers), lots of windows for natural light and fresh air. Handy and easy crank-open windows. All windows have screens.

Stainless steel kitchen countertop and 8-inch deep stainless steel sink with brushed nickel faucet. Bamboo flooring throughout. Furnished with folding table, two chairs, has two Queen mattresses and a Twin mattress, linen, fresh towels, some kitchen ware. Home has three beds, two Queens in each loft plus a Twin bedroom -- but you could configure it to your liking, such as use one of the lofts for storage and easily remove the Twin bed to create a second seating area, office or project room.

This home can be moved or keep it where it is...it's move-in ready, all hooked up to sewer and electrical (NO propane, everything is 100% electric) it occupies an excellent location in Peak View Park in Woodland Park, Colorado, located 17-miles west of Colorado Springs.

The owner of the park is okay with you leaving the home exactly where it site. You pay lot rent ($550/month, which covers trash, sewer and water) and you pay electric (sub-metered, so you pay for ONLY what you use). Park owner prefers you sign a 12-month lease but is willing to due shorter term if you have a special circumstance.

The home has a real toilet, NOT a compost toilet. It has an electric flat-glass stove top (easy to clean), under cabinet refrigerator/freezer, 30- gallon hot water heater. And, great heat and air conditioning, NO propane required! The HVAC is a Mitsuibishi split unit.

Square footage is approximately 190 but it feels larger because of the high ceiling plus it has two lofts.
