Insulated with closed cell spray foam insulation beneath trailer and rigid insulation between floor

Flooring will be Handscraped click laminate flooring in Antique Cypress in both the main floor and

Wall structure
2” x 4” wood framing structure.
Insulated with closed cell spray foam insulation
½ “ plywood on exterior sealed with Typar vapour barrier

Roof constructed with 2” x 4” timber.

Finished with beveled cedar siding
Window surrounds in 2”x4” Cedar trims with white drip cap.

There will be metal siding sections on each side of the home. This will
be Black metal siding to match roof.
Exterior siding will be stained in Oak Brown
Exterior fascia and window trims will be stained to match the Oak Brown stain.
Steps for front exterior door will be supplied with the home. These will be wood and will be stained

Walls finished in Pine T+G paneling.
Windows trimmed out with 1 x 4 trim and painted white.
The interior walls will be painted white, except for the main loft end wall, which will be stained
