Built in 2015 by CMH Manufacturing in Albany, OR, this little charmer was used most recently as a short-term rental, and is offered fully equipped to welcome you or your tenants! The fantastic wood exterior continues inside, bringing a little bit of nature indoors. Lots of functionality packed into 155 sqft., including a retractable dining table, bench storage and an additional storage loft. In the kitchen, you’ll find a stainless sink, two-burner hotplate, hood vent, microfridge, and a large toaster and convection oven. There’s even a coffee maker for enjoying a cup on the adorable front porch. This tiny house also features a Splendide washer/dryer, a 10-gal water heater, with a shower and Sun-Mar composting toilet in the bathroom. At the top of the easily-stowable ladder is the sleeping loft, which easily accommodates a queen-sized mattress, with room for side tables. On a 24ft trailer frame(Also available unfurnished.)
