With a larger picture window at the rear of the house and a gliding window at the foot of the double bed, the house is bright and airy and offers a great respite from the busy world.

The house itself is traditionally framed with lumber, the walls and ceilings inside are painted pine shiplap, the floors are 100% waterproof LVP, the walls and ceilings have 3.5” of closed spray foam insulation, the floors have 1” of rigid foam board and 4” of closed cell spray foam. It is a well built and insulated space.

Once you enter the space there is a beautiful and spacious kitchen across from the door with ample base cabinets and a couple of open shelves. The fridge is a full-size, retro model, and the kitchen also includes an induction cooktop and a microwave. The sink is deep base, ceramic farm apron sink. Just next to the entry door is a small table and chairs for two; a perfect place to share a meal or get a little work done on your laptop if need be.

The bed is at the end of the house and makes a perfect place to relax and just catch up on some much needed rest.

The bathroom - complete with traditional flush commode - is at the opposite end of the house and receives water from a hot and cold water hose bib. The warm water is provided by a Truma Propane Powered Water Heater.
