NEVER LIVED IN, 16’,, Fully equipped THOW

UPDATES to INTERIOR:
I completely gutted the interior, as it was built with the eye of an elder woman (nothing wrong there, but I’m 29 and have a different style) and space wasnt utilized properly. Prior, there was a long bench that could be a couch or pull out bed. I pulled that out to create a “nook” for lounging and a small couch. This bench also had an attached ladder that I removed and then created box stairs (these can be easily removed). It was painted a very strange brown/red color. I primed and painted, but ended up hanging wallpaper along most of the walls. I painted the flooring and ceiling of the loft spaces. I removed the old, cheap flooring and laid brand new laminate flooring down over a cork substrate.

COSMETIC WORK MAY BE NEEDED: Once I decided to sell, I did not finish trimming or do any paint touch ups, as the buyer may choose to do something different. You can see where there needs to be touch ups or trimming in the photos.
