Blue Moon, Fully Furnished, Off Grid Functional, as seen on Airbnb

Furnished and set up for off grid living! Everything you'll need to set up off grid and live!

We have had blue moon for about two and a half years and have loved it. We have used it as an Airbnb beta test for our dream of a tiny house eco resort. We also lived in it for about nine months. This house has been cleaned meticulously between each Airbnb guest and well maintained. It's like new. Over 200 people have stayed in Blue Moon and not one bad review. All the "new home" bugs have been worked out of it.

This was Mitchcraft Tiny Homes first build, and we're proud of that. It was built extremely well and the finishings are of craftsman quality. It Includes all off grid systems including but not limiting to, 500 watt expandable solar panel array (plenty for sustainable electric generation), 5000 watt battery bank (equating to 3 days of power if not generating electricity) with 4000 watt inverter, gas powered back up generator with battery chargers (With this set up in northern Colorado, The generator is only needed once for about 4 hours a couple of times during winter), propane appliances including on demand hot water heater, refrigerator, heater, and 3 burner stove/oven. It has a 25 gal internal water tank, large enough for 2 people for 1.5 days including short showers and watering dogs.

We're including many furnishings if you want them because we realized how difficult it is to find the specific items that work well in the space. Serta Perfect sleeper mattress and pillows are included.

The bathroom comes with a Separett composting toilet.

We've done a lot of research on the best way to operate off grid and stay environmentally friendly as well as sustainable as possible. The house comes with a user manual we've compiled to help in the ease of use of this tiny house as well as all owner/operator manuals for everything that is in the house. This house works at high elevations no problem.
