My tiny house journey began back in 2014 when I felt discouraged by the traditional housing market and wanted to create something that truly reflected the way I wanted to live. With the help of my dad and the incredible team at Wind River Tiny Homes, this home came together slowly and intentionally over several years. Wind River completed the build, and it was even featured on their website because of its craftsmanship and the story behind it.

Since then, it has been lovingly lived in near Black Mountain, North Carolina. I truly imagined keeping it forever, but I'm expecting my first child, and it's time for a little more space as our family begins the next chapter.
