Tiny House PARKING in Florida - at Lake Okeechobee!

Availability varies. Long-term tiny house PARKING for full-time residents or create your own vacation location! Bring your THOW up to 35 feet long. (must be on wheels) Adults only. Small pets ok. We do not rent THOWs, no AirBnBs, nor have any for sale, but we have a great place to park a true tiny house & live legally in south Florida year round. No shipping containers, no skoolies. Not accepting standard RVs./campers. We occasionally have waterfront sites and standard/long sites available. Availability varies. Monthly lot rental includes water and septic hook ups, lawn maintenance and trash collection. Electric/Cable/Internet are separate. Each Lot is grassy (generally 35x50ft sites). Some sites have cement pads - either park along side and use it as a patio or park on top of it and use the grassy side yard. We have small boat slips available for all to use daily or rent out monthly. Bring your boat and fish in the freshwater canal or access famous Lake Okeechobee via the boat lock just down stream. The two waterfront gazebos each have a picnic table so you can sit and relax watching the Everglades wildlife or gaze at the shifting pink clouds of the stunning sunsets nightly. There's also a paved nature trail on top of the levy surrounding the big lake.

This is a small, family-owned park and has been transforming into a Tiny House community. When old RVs move out, we make room for more THOWs to move in. We're a quiet, adult park of mostly full-time, long-term residents. There are a total of 21 sites along both sides of a U-shaped drive so it does not feel cramped. Each site has full water & sewer hook ups as well as an electric post serving 15-30-50 amps to each lot.

We're on 1.5 acres of waterfront property at the northern tip of Lake Okeechobee. We're in the southern third of the state, putting us close enough to get to everything but far removed from the hustle-bustle. Located in an agricultural area of the state, the city of Okeechobee feels more like a local home town. There are 2 dollar stores, a gas station & a mini mart within a mile. All types of stores/restaurants/shopping/banking are available in the city of Okeechobee (6 miles to town). Palm Beach airport = one hour. Orlando or Ft. Lauderdale airports = 2 hours.
