Marina has covered boat docks for rent. $190/month with year lease (estimate). You can keep boat at cottage and use paddle boat to get to cottage for no slip fee.
Buoy line lease is transferrable $1800 - $1900/year.
Pump out service (required by TVA) - mid-April thru mid-October: $500 (2x month) or $800 (weekly)
