Great THOW shell to be customized to your liking. I was going to install the insulation and wood stove and use it as a shop temporarily. Then convert it to a house later after purchasing land. Plans changed so make it your own! See the design draft for possible layouts and dimensions. The overhangs are great for flip down decks and covered storage (mountain bikes, etc). Without including tongue dimensions are 23'-2" long, 8' wide, 13'-3" tall.

Super high quality windows and doors, passive solar design, R30 insulation in floor. I have the shiplap trim for the outside as well as the roof insulation (not installed). Roof is 2 layers of tar paper and corrugated galvanized steel. It survived all winter without a drop inside.
