8x20 shipping container converted into two offices. About 90% complete. Was going to use at two offices in my warehouse before I closed my business down. Also have a two unit mini split that I’ll throw in for $750 (paid $2,000). Interior wall it double framed with sound proof rock wool to minimize sound between two spaces.
