Fifth wheel home on wheels ready for the mountains

This trailer is CLEAN. The axles have been flipped and upgraded. The trailer pulls really nice down rutted two tracks about anywhere your truck can pull it. We’ve re finished some of the interior. The couch is brand new leather, the dinette boothe has new cushion covers. There is a brand new memory foam topper in the main bed. All the blinds are brand new easy roll black out blinds. Everything works, AC, Fridge, Furnace, Oven, Stove, water heater, water pump. There’s a manual slide that works great, it’s super easy to use. The tires are in decent shape about 50% life left and there is a spare. There’s 2” receiver on the back and it pulls doubles great. The shower is warping a little and there is some previous water damage in the front closet, but I have never seen it leak even in some pretty good storms.
