Farmhouse Tiny : Blank Slate!

This tiny house is perfect because it is still a blank slate. I purposely made minimal changes because I knew it was temporary for me and could be permanent for someone else. When you enter you are welcomed with a tall ceiling and open LR space. Kitchen and bath are to the back and stairs take you to a spacious loft. No ladders! This home comes with a full size fridge, shower, laundry hook ups and potentially solar! That’s right. The price indicated is with the full solar set up. I’m considering splitting the system and taking parts of it with me, in which case the price would be reduced accordingly.
The images on the listing are two years old. I’m dealing with a family illness so have not been able to take updated pics. However, the only changes I’ve made have been with the rugs/tiles, shower curtain and couch. I now have a daybed inside. The cosmetic changes are the trim could use repainting and the deck needs a board replaced, as it’s bending. It could also use a new stain layer. Again, these are things I have been meaning to do and just don’t have the energy to do that while dealing with family stuff. The price is negotiable as a result. Most larger stuff can stay as well, depending on your needs.
The cherry on top for this house is that upon landlord approval, it can stay where it is! No need to move it! There’s a large private lot that sits off the road behind a tall fence. If you did want to stay and I took some of the solar you would have to replace it, as there’s only a 15amp plug and this house runs off of 50amp. So you would not be able to run much without solar. Also if you stayed, the rent is 900/mo! Can’t find an apt or house for that price anywhere in the Bay Area! There’s also a pool and fruit trees as well as a garden(all yours!), side yard, and plenty of outside covered storage!
If you take it someplace else, you can run it off of 30 amp outlet no problem, comes with adapter for that. I also have a great mover! So come take a look and see if this is your next and last, forever home!
Last thing:: This home is not available right now if you wanted to stay on the land. You would need to be able to wait until I am ready to move. If you’re taking it someplace else, it’s ready to go!
