As a growing family, we have lived in this tiny house for two years. It unfortunately no longer meets our needs so we have decided to sell it.

We are VERY motivated sellers. We will consider owner financing if you are able to put down at least $10,000 and pay off the remaining amount within 36 months.

The house is being sold as-is. The brakes and lights have not been wired so the house will need to be trailered to it's new location. We will cover the cost for delivery within 100 miles.

On the main floor is the bathroom, kitchen, space for full size stackable laundry, and family room. There is space for a 10 cubic ft refrigertor; a two burner cooktop and toaster oven will come with house for cooking. The family room features a bay shape with lots of natural light. It would also make a great office or bedroom!

The house measures 8.5 feet wide by 24 ft long and 12 ft high. It is constructed with 2x4s, zip panels, Hardie panel siding, and a metal roof. The walls, roof, and floor are all insulated. The interior walls are bead board and the flooring is vinyl planks. There is a propane heater for the winter, and window a/c for the warmer months. A tankless electric water heater located under the kitchen sink meets all of our hot water needs. This house is designed to be hooked up to electric/ water/ sewage just like a regular house, however someone could convert it to an off-grid set up of they wanted to.

There is ample storage with the custom shelving in the bathroom, kitchen, and lofts. The couch, shelving, two burner cook top, toaster oven, propane heater, and (2) 100 lb propane tanks will stay with the house.

Materials that will be included are trim, interior and exterior white paint, some lumber, extra insulation sheets, an extra box of flooring, and the wiring and lights to go on the trailer.
