Extra Spacious Custom 38' Gooseneck Tiny House

Custom tiny house on wheels (THOW) built in 2018 and only used lightly for occasional short-term rentals since. We used top of the line building materials (Pella windows, highest grade insulation, etc.) and lots of special features.

Gooseneck extra large trailer and setup to be fully on-grid connected to utilities from utilities nearby, making it ideal for a long-term or permanent structure. I’ve used it both very successfully on Airbnb and as a long-term rental. The dimensions are 12 ft high, 8.5 ft wide by 38 ft long.

It has a stand-up bedroom over the 5th wheel with a full-size bed and locking sliding custom wood door, a loft, a full shower with an extra deep bathtub, and a toilet room with flush toilet, vanity sink, mirrored medicine cabinet, locking door and bathroom air vent.

This tiny house is ideal for those of taller stature, or those who just prefer a more spacious feel to their THOW. The lowest ceiling height on the main level is 6'9", with the hall lamp dipping down to 6'7." When standing in the shower the ceiling is 6'6" at the lowest point. The main bedroom was built over a 5th wheel and has much higher ceilings than a loft; at the entrance the ceiling is 6 feet tall, gently sloping down to 5'5" at the head of the bed.

The kitchen includes a two-burner stovetop, refrigerator and dishwasher. It comes with a flat screen smart TV mounted to the wall. There is a foldaway desk on the main level, a foldaway dining table, and a closet in the bedroom, in addition to plenty of storage in shelves and cabinets, as well as drawers beneath the bed, couch and stairs.

The front door is equipped with a keyless Schlage smart lock and a dual-side locking pet door. Comes with all of the appliances and most of the decor seen in the photos.
