The bathroom has a flushing toilet, full size shower and tub combo, regular size vanity, medicine cabinet, and washer hookup (perfect for a washer/dryer combo unit). The living area fits a regular size sofa.

There is propane fireplace and a minisplit for heating and cooling. Other features include an instant propane hot water heater, propane oven, and electric refrigerator/freezer.

This tiny house is built on a 24 foot gooseneck trailer. It can be moved without any special permits to your desired location. It is 8.5 feet wide, the roof length is 34 feet, and the height is 13.5 feet.
