Expandable tiny house

It is 290sqft tiny house. Affordable, luxury, portable and unique.
We produce over 100 tiny houses per year and ship to all over the world.

We are NOT a tiny house realtor but a tiny house builder. Our factory is located in Yantai, China. One of the major reasons why we choose the model of "Made in China" is to lower the cost without sacrificing the quality. All the houses are made in a factory by professional employees, we make around 30 tiny houses per month and ship them all over the world.

I totally understand the concerns when dealing with the overseas companies especially for the high-value products.

We have a local office in Texas so we do provide services of permit consulting and interior design. We sign purchase contracts with our clients as a US entity rather than an international entity from another country.

5. Price range and size range: The house is fully customizable, size can go from 280 sqft to 2400 sqft.
The price range is from 48k to "very expensive" depends on the client's needs.(Some clients need the bulletproof windows and walls etc)

6. Wait time: Roughly 2.5 months to get the larger one as it takes more time to build than smaller ones. For smaller ones it takes 2 months.
7. - What can you customize? and how?
1. exterior wall color. (We can make it pure white, pure black etc)
2. exterior wall color.
3. kitchen cabinet. The style, size can be customized.
4. bathroom. The washstand, the mirror, the bathroom layout, the shower size and style can all be customized.
5. Do not like the big window? we can make it small!
6. lights.
7. Want more storage? we can make it happen.

How to customize it?
Personally, I do not like the online configure tools, I think it works better when our clients just send us the picture of his dream tiny house(we encourage you to browse on instagram etc ). We will provide you with a free interior design based on that.
