This Escape ONE tiny home is less than 1 year old(September 2021) and in incredible condition. Originally purchased to serve as a main residence for my family, a recent death has changed our living situation and we must part with the home we love.

Everything in the home has been gently used, in fact, the flush toilet has never been used in its lifetime as we had opted for a composting solution. This tiny home has everything you could want to be self sufficient on a small scale. Full kitchen, with freezer and refrigerator, propane stove/oven, and a deep stainless steel sink. Pair that with the combo washer and dryer, instant hot water heater and full bathroom and you have all the amenities of a modern home. Not to mention the mini split heat/ac pump along with the propane powered furnace and floorboard heaters. This home heats and cools FAST and efficiently.

This home is also RVIA certified and as such is sanctioned officially as an RV,. This allows you to utilize it on your land or park grounds accordingly so you don’t have to deal with the headache of obtaining special permits or appealing to your local township just to have the right to exist in your home. Of course this also covers the trailer and ensures you will have no issues on the road transporting this beauty.

The pictures speak for themselves and you can see how well taken care of this home has been. We are sad to part ways after such a short time and after such a long wait to get her from the Escape team but we don’t have a choice. As a small disclaimer in the spirit of total transparency I would like to add that the vinyl floor boards in the home in a few areas do rise slightly and lay flat again with changes in the temperature. As a perfectionist this bothered me slightly but it has no functional effect on the home thankfully. I am more than happy to explain this further to anyone inquiring.
