We proudly offer several thoughtfully designed container-home models ranging from efficient single-container layouts to spacious multi-container residences. Each model is built with a focus on durability, functionality, modern design, and quality craftsmanship, making them ideal for full-time living, vacation properties, guest houses, or investment opportunities. Each unit is individually certified with ANSI standards so any of our models can be insured and financed.

Each unit comes ready to move in! A bed is included, a full kitchen with cabinets, refrigerator, combo washer/dryer unit, shower, toilet and septic lines ready to connect to your septic tank. Units are built to be run on electric unless specifically requested to be on propane.

- 100 - 250 miles = $2,000 - $2,500
- 250 - 500 miles = $2,500 - $3,000
- 500 - 1000 miles = $3,000 - $5,000
- 1000 miles+ = $5,000 +
Shipping and any necessary installation can be included in bank financing.
