This house was the well-loved home for my 5 year old son and I for the past 3 years. Sadly, life necessitated that we move into the city, so we are letting go of our little home.

*****This house is over the legal height*****, and must be moved with an inexpensive permit and a pole car. I moved this myself from Cottage Grove, OR, to Oregon City, and would be happy to walk a potential buyer through the process.
